Saybrook Station - Fall 1998

In little over a year, many things changed at Saybrook Junction. A wide wooden platform is stretched across the space where the 4th track used to be. The P&W freight is passing on what will become the "gauntlet".

Today, these platforms are no longer accessible as new high levels have been built to the left. Also interesting to note here is the NYC reporting marks on the Conrail gondola... guess that went to CSX!
