Fresh Paint.....Again

GP-38 200 has just arrived back on home rails at Lowell,Mass. after a date at the Oneonta paint shop. Still sporting her blue number indicators from the Bi-centennial days, she now has the drab Guilford paint that is beginning to cover the B&M with its stench.
