Today was the first run of the Silver Lake Railroad in Madison NH. The custom built train as seen in this picture runs between the Silver Lake Depot and 2 miles north of there. The round trip is over 20 minutes long. The track runs through marshes and mountain views. Currently this railroad is open Saturday and Sunday weather permiting.
