23K westbound on Trk 2 passing Walker Road moving at restricted speed until it passes (first) permissive signal at Patterson Road ( and the tail end has cleared Moore's Crossover). Question for the Operating Rules gurus out there. Does the train stay at restricted speed until the head end passes the signal or the entire train?
