A caboose, a combo passenger/baggage car, and a SW-8 from the Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum are seen being transported eastbound over the B&A at Hinsdale, Mass. The equipment was transported via CSX and Pan Am Southern to North Adams, MA for the up-coming Hoosac Valley Service (passenger excursions on the Adams branch. A Budd car will be providing the actual train rides; The cars seen here will be used as an office and gift shop and for displays. The Budd car arrived in North Adams just recently.
