The Lake Erie, Franklin, and Clarion Railroad was a bit of a misnomer. A short line in Western Pennsylvania in Clarion County, it never did get to Franklin or Lake Eire. The line was abandoned in 1993 Photo taken in St. Johnsbury VT 1991.
