Again I'm sitting in the brush for another photo. It's an angle not many will see. Philadelphia & West Chester #62 arrives at Morrison Hill station for its last outbound trip of the day. Requalifications were held today, and after requals tomorrow the rails should start to get their shine back after the cold winter.
