Late 134 is strolling into the service and inspection building at Southampton Street Yard, Boston. Engineer Dave Luna is nudging the thottle to keep the string at restricted speed - 15 mph within yard limits - or less. Several years earlier Luna had been a spare board block operator on the Boston Division's west end (between Mystic River Movable Bridge in Connecticut and Old Saybrook, Conn.)
