NECR's # 3847 "Chip Train" rolls south in front of the old Central Vermont Railroad headquarters in St. Albans, VT. This building was one of many in the area that either staffed, housed, or maintained equipment for Central Vermont. Sadly, the building is mostly vacant, save for a few small business and NECR's dispatch center.
