Slightly the worse for wear...

Renumbered Conrail Dash 840-CW leads an SD-60 and a piggyback train past SK interlocking and onto the Boston line on a sweltering afternoon in August, 2003. Judging from the peeling paint and the replacement air conditioner (obviously cribbed from a CSX-painted unit -- which also may not be working, note the open cab door and windows!), the big GE has seen better days.
