MEC Work Train at Augusta

Found on eBay. This looks to be a work train. On the side of the car in the back ground it says 'WORKMEN'. The car number is 939 and it looks like an interesting combination baggage, caboose & passenger? Can't say as I've ever seen a picture of anything just like it. On the building in the background it says: "Hune Newhal Company, Augusta. Windows, Frames Doors Sashs' etc. /DL
