3825 southbound with 17 loads

At 12:45 the 3825, 3823, and 1757 were southbound past MP 95 headed for Tri-City. the track crew was in Rochester earlier and had just cleared out before the train had got to where they were replacing tie(s). There were also around 15 cars at Hayes on the siding-loaded waiting for the loaded cars at Tri-City to be emptied.
