A Saturday in early April 2003 was being spent along Guilford's west end as local ED-5 was to be sent on its run from East Deerfield to North Adams, Massachusetts to switch some customers on the NA Branch. Low and behold, GP9 #62 would be the sole power for the 14 car local! At Tunnel Road in Rowe, MA, the venerable EMD was still showing off after many decades of service.
