Portland Company's Works 4-4-0 'passenger engine' "Rochester" No. 3

I didn't know locomotives were built in Portland, ME until I took a closer look at this old photo! - from Arthur Johnson's collection. Arthur, my great grandfather, was an engineer for the Boston & Maine and the Maine Central Railroads.
