Frmn Peck runs the BR-64, EX-Rutland RR, to rip sod and 31 years of dirt off the tracks at Coldbrook Station (owned by the Coldbrook Rod and Gun Club) at MP 22.1 in preparation for continuation of passenger service to Coldbrook. Foreman George Peck was assisted by equipment operator Steve Gollow and locomotive engineer PJ Hintz.
