Dawn Meet (2)

The really unusual aspect of this meet was having Q119 "stabbed" at CP 140 waiting for Q174 to overtake Q150. Normally, Q119 waits for NOBODY, and the dispatcher didn't make him wait long. As soon as Q174 cleared the interlocking, the DS "set it up" for both of the waiting trains. Here, Q119 gets 'em moving again at 07:52.
