Looking North toward the SLR, if you look over the nose of the truck dropping off the storage container, you can see fresh ballast headed toward me. This presumably will be the new interchange track, heading for the pile of dirt, center left of picture. The dirt pile is where the rails stop after crossing the road. See my other photos for more angles.
