P&W on the NECR works around derailment

NECR 3847 (GP38) moves train 608 back to the east to drop off cars. P&W 3901, 3008 and 2215 will soon be uncoupled so they can assemble the cars which came north from New London and those waiting in 'the thread city' for a move east to Plainfield over the recently rejuvenated Willimantic Branch. Using this routing the P&W bypasses the derailment on its Norwich Branch.
