New ties are waiting to be installed along the Lewiston Lower road in Topsham, ME. This photo is taken at White House Crossing Road in Topsham, just east of Grimmels Industries who transports scrap metal via rail. They are currently the only customer served by PAR on the state owned portion of the Lewiston Lower from Brunswick to Lisbon Falls.
