Amtrak turbo train sleeps the years away in Scotia, New York, in this "HDR" picture. This train was one of seven that were to be refurbished for the state of New York, and operated by Amtrak. Political infighting and technical problems doomed the project, and now the remaining trainsets wait for a highball that will probably never come.
