Battenkill RR at Eagle Bridge NY -- Thursday June 23, 2011

The 4116 starts north on the second trip of the day taking nine loads north that were dropped by this afternoon's RJ-1. The swinging tube under the tree on the far right might not provide the "elevation" needed for swimmers today -- the torrential rains throughout the area have caused all the rivers to rise to flood stage.

Photographed by Cully, June 23, 2011.
Added to the photo archive by John (Cully) Cullinan, June 23, 2011.
Railroad: Battenkill.
