The Pan Am Railways office car special parades eastbound along the cove of Hoosic River at Fishermans Lane in the town of Schaghticoke, NY. I arrived here around 8 AM not knowing if the train had passed through or not. Saw a track car going east and I started wondering if I had missed the train. But then I heard some encouraging words from the dispatcher who was talking to a westbound train: "I got an extra that I gotta get by you at Hoosick Junction". And the rest is history.
