Surprise!

I took a trip over to Manchester, Vermont last Thursday hoping to catch the southbound Rutland/ N. Bennington freight train on the VTR. When I arrived at Manchester I noticed the big snow banks had been knocked down and I had already missed the train. So I rushed over to N. Bennington hoping to catch up with the train. This is what I found there: A MOW machine fitted with a plow of sort. It cleared the tracks all the way down to NB. I was hoping to catch a train tossing up the fresh snow - but that plan of course fizzled out.
