A Pan Am Southern snowplow train clears the tracks in the wake of a lengthy snowstorm at North Adams, Mass. The train cleared the line between East Deerfield and North Adams, Mass. and return. The train is powered by the GMTX 3109 and MEC 359 with a plow at either end. The plows are antiques and date back to the days of the old B&M.
