An eastbound CSX tanker train, led by the NS 'Lackawanna', rolls past the GMTX GP40 No. 3008 at Selkirk, NY on Nov. 27, 2015. The 3008 is a former Green Mountain Railway engine. I believe the engine is heading out for a complete re-build.
