Amtrak Acela 2016 operating as train 2190 passes the depot in Kingston, RI. With the opening of the new eastbound high-level platform at Kingston on April 29th, the area from which this photo was taken is not longer accessible for the public, as phase 2 of the high level platform project gets under way. The new high level platform is beyond the pedestrian overpass.
