P&W Power Set Clearing its Throat

It's snowing lightly in March 2007 as P&W GP38-2 2009, GP40 3003, and Twinky B30-7A 3007 are waking up underneath the CSX Boston & Albany mainline bridge at Worcester. The GE seems to have a major frog in its throat this morning as the power set heads toward the yard. Only the GP38-2, which P&W purchased new in 1982, remains on the roster today

Photographed by John Barlow, March 18, 2007.
