Chuggin' Through Housatonic, MA

A southbound Housatonic Railroad freight train rumbles past the old Monument Mills complex in the village of Housatonic (Great Barrington), Mass. This is a tricky spot to photograph a train. A passing car or a big pickup will ruin the photo; Luckily there was no traffic when the train came through. The train seen here is returning to Canaan, Conn. from the interchange with CSX at Pittsfield, MA.
