Chuggin' Down The Batten Kill

A Batten Kill Railroad train is seen chuggin southbound (west)' down the snow-covered line at Shushan, NY on Feb. 14, 2017. The engine is a vintage Alco RS3 lettered 'Greenwich & Johnsonville'. The engine has a BKRR snow flanger car trailing behind which cleared the line between Greenwich Junction and Eagle Bridge, NY. The train picked up 5 freight cars trailing from the Cargill mill near Greenwich Junction.
