It's definitely a nasty winter morning in Lowell as Boston & Maine train MR-4 (Mechanicville to Rigby) behind a GP9 quartet passes Penn Central FA-1 1330 near the tower. The former New Haven Alco cab units were regular power on this train for several years. FA 1330, ex-NH 0401, is now at the Railroad Museum of New England.
