This looks like Gardner Yard to me - P&W could transport these units to Danbury via their various trackage rights on Amtrak and Metro North. Not sure why Windsor & Hantsport Railway had these two locomotives but they were sold to Ed Bowers and then moved to DRM where they were painted into the NYC cigar band scheme. Pix taken in 2011 showed looking quite scruffy.
