As a Riverside line patron, this pedestrian crossing in the middle of a long stretch of 40 mph running between Newton Center and Chestnut drives me nuts as motorman must slow down to prepare to stop here day and night 365 days per year! Don't think I've ever seen anyone cross the tracks here.
