This unit was photographed at Waterville, Maine on the afternoon of 8/28/2017. The unit was one of 35 locomotives auctioned off to satisfy some of the outstanding debt of the MMA.MMA 8208, GE C-39-8


Owned by Rail World Locomotive Leasing, LLC. At the time of inspection, this unit was also stored and out of service. Measurements were used from previous reports due to the snow levels at the time of inspection. The outside and interior of the unit looked to be in good shape, though there was snow in the engine room. Manufacture Year: 1986. The selling price of this unit at auction was $80,000.

The unit continued west on Pan Am freight WAPO on the evening of 8/28/2017.
