Eagle Bridge, NY on a comparatively warm Tuesday afternoon finds NS train 11R on track 1 awaiting the passage of PAS local RJ1 with SD40 #3402 and C40-8 #7627. Having raced by eastbound a mere half hour earlier, I was quite surprised to see the duo returning west, light, from Hoosick Junction. After their passage, 11R dropped 9 loads for the Batten Kill and continued west.
