Consolation Prize.

Pre war B&M photos showed a place in the Deerfield valley, east of Hoosac and west of Zoar, called Soapstone Curve. Friend Don and I managed to walk across the river to a section of track, which shows on Bing Maps as north/ south. Choosing not to press further into the unknown and over grown territory to the north, we settled for this westbound.
