Great Shot Tom But I wanted to let know a few things I workk for Penn Central as a Fireman in Cleveland, Oh. The became an Engineer from CR to CSX. I'm Retired now
with 41 years service. In this photo PC. took all U28C's and upgraded them to 3000Hp. Between 1969 & 1970. Also I have a copy of the PC. Paint order dated 2-1969.
Stating effective 2-1969, That all repainted engine to PC. Will be painted in Brunswick Green not Black! I would like to send a copy of this Paint Order to You.
