Thi picture is from a great RRE fan trip.that ran, among many other places the freight only line through central Rhode Island from Providence to Plainfield, CT..RDC #25 pauses at Moosup,CT. Two years later the line,originally the Hartford, Providence & Fishkill was abandoned and is now a rail trail.
