The Fading New Haven

Today, anyway, at the beginning of the fourth month of the merger of the New Haven into the Penn Central, the new company is making its mark at the Dover Street engine facility in South Boston. Three-month- old Penn Central U33B #2917 is heading up a very un-New Haven lashup.
