On Saturday 4/27 New England Southern began their freight operations for 2019. While in Northfield by "Caboose Village", they would pull out their MOW equipment of two flat cars, and two box cars that were stashed on the River Siding over the winter months. The MOW equipment would be shoved just to the south of here and stored the Northfield passing siding for the time being.

Even on a drab, cloudy day, New England Southern's SW1500 in "Armour Yellow" always looks and sounds great !
