After hauling freight along Lake Champlain, months earlier the four D&H PA-4s were leased to MBTA. As lead units they were captive to the B&A line, because they had NYC style Cab signal/ ATS equipment. A Framingham commute departs Riverside and is about to cross old Rt.128.
