First Sunday of Penn Central.

Those of us, gathered as usual this afternoon at Devon Tower, are expecting change. We are also relieved to not find it. Although the power on this train seems comfortable and familiar, its an illusion. The EF-4 electrics, which had been in charge until recently, have already been taken out of service.

Westbound freight heading for Harlem RIver yard (I think PC had already terminated Bay Ridge car float ops prior to acquiring NH using Selkirk yard to handle NH traffic)?
Terrific capture, especially with the State of Maine box car. BTW 2 NH FA-1 units still exist, 0401 and 0428 (no prime mover) along with Devon Tower.
