PRR Heritage Unit wb at Shirley on PAS 23K

The Pennsy HU was unfortunately trailing a standard issue NS ES44AC as 23K slowly headed upgrade at Shirley holding back so an eastbound MBTA commuter train would clear the SHirley depot.
