Grafton & Upton Construction Progress at Hopedale - 9/21/19

Here's a collage of captures showing a new turnout being built at Hopedale yard to connect a new siding to the main line, new ties laid down for a new siding, and strings of rail dropped along the RoW east of the Hopedale St bridge. Not sure why the rail was placed along the RoW before stone and ties, though. Progress is being made!
