D&H (ex L&HR)Alco C-424 heads another D&H Alco plus MEC (ex CRI&P) GE U25B #238 upgrade through Shirley. Guilford had just bought the D&H for a song only to dump it in 1988. Anyway, after years of mostly EMD power it was a real treat to see and hear Alcos and GEs assaulting this grade.
