New Haven Railroad Transfer #19 steam tug somewhere between Bay Ridge and the Jersey shore. the steam tugs were condemned in 1959. I am arbitrarily giving this picture a date of 1957. The photographer was a member of the Steamship Historical Society and duplicated this slide for me many years ago.
