An early days mainline move, which was set to depart Valley Falls during the evening rush hour. The train is crossing the Blackstone River from Cumberland to Lincoln, RI, near Albion Station.

Looks like a PR photo - excellent! Apparently these D&H RS3s were leased by P&W for $85 / day.
