When you spot a locomotive under the Loudon Road Bridge in Concord, north of the runaround track, it can only mean one thing.. Lots of cars to runaround.

The runaround track in Concord is a small area, so when the Pan Am Crews have a long train, this is how they get things done to head south. This was indeed a long train, as the end of the cars were shoved almost to the Rumford Press building on the genuine remnant of former "Northern" line past the White Mountain Branch switch. The end result was a quadruple runaround with a combination of empties and loads for Ciment Quebec in Bow.

MEC 502 had been the road power for most of April through almost to mid May, replaced by MEC 504. 504 was power on these rails at this time in 2019, replaced in June by the 502.
