Unexpected weekend construction

This is South Cedar Street. I was going to walk into the yard when I found the road closed and a busy team. I noticed the driveway on Green Street is also blocked so I suspect they are pushing to be ready for someone to come in and lay hardtop early in the week.

Excellent progress! Is the track entirely connected between S Cedar St crossing and Vernon St? Any clarity on the path of the siding on the right - is there a turnout going in near Vernon St?

Unable to get into the yard to see where second turnout is going or if it is in.
