P & L's 958 Crossing Main Street in Lincoln

Trains were filled with passengers (as filled as they could be in a COVID-19 world) as the Hobo Railroad's 11:00 am train was crossing Main Street in Lincoln on the return trip back to the station.

958 is a 71 year old ALCO S1, and used as a daily driver providing road power for both the Hobo Passenger trains, and the Cafe Lafayette Dinner Trains. 958 is former Maine Central, and Maine Coast. The first Budd RDC-1, 9154, is ex Reading and MBTA, the second Budd, 6148 is ex B&M and MBTA and is used as a table car.

The Hobo and Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroads will be operating, mainly on weekends from now until the end of October. Come take a ride !
