NA-1 351 at Chauncey Ave in Manchester

MEC 351 both ended 2020, and began 2021 for the Nashua Crews. This former EMD GP40 Demonstrator is still getting it done after almost 53 years of service.

Here was the NA-1 Crew rolling though the North End of Manchester, as they approached the Chauncey Ave crossing through this great neighborhood that is sandwiched between the railroad tracks and the Merrimack River.

Any hints of the "Big G" or "Guilford Rail System" white lettering, that 351 once had, were barely visible in the sun. Makes for an interesting catch showing the side view.

This train had an assortment of over 20 freight loads for four clients around Bow & Concord.
